RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS

Clothing Products

Do not worry , we have your back all the time. We have a simple and easy return policy for all clothing products. Exchanges can be made within 14 DAYS from delivery date .The original item can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item/design and is available in stock. Once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We do not offer refunds.

All items purchased on sale are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

Digital Products

Due to the sensitive nature of Digital Products such as eBook Courses , eBooks, Audiobooks, Courses, Software etc. All digital Products are non refundable and can not be exchanged in any way or capacity.

We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for an exchange.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Our return process is very simple & easy. Before you make any return simply email us at customerservice@znzorziadby.com .Please include your order number , reason why you would like to make an exchange & what item you would like to exchange for eg name of size , dress name , length etc . All our e-mails are responded to within 72 Hours.   

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at customerservice@znzorziadby.com  to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order numbername and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

We will provide you with a 15% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected. 

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.

I RECEIVED A SUSPICIOUS DM ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION, IS THIS LEGITIMATE?

@Znzorzi_Adby_Official is our only verified page on Instagram. If any page other than @Znzorzi_Adby_Official  is tagging you saying you've won a giveaway it is a scam. We doNOT do cash giveaways! Any page posing as Znzorzi Adby asking for any personal information including cash app or bank account info through DM is a scam. Please doNOT respond!

 My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

Znzorzi Adby WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

DELIVERY FAILED

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be notified to correct the mistake and have your order resent after the corrections are made.

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

URGENT PROCESSING

Urgent processing guarantees that your order will be processed before any general orders from that date. It does not guarantee a faster delivery time.

Is my Znzorzi Adby T-Shirt men's or women's sizing?

All Znzorzi Adby T-Shirts, hats and hoodies are unisex sizing.

The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
